    The Committee on Finance moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

    S. B. 469 - “A BILL to amend and reenact §5-10-14 and §5-10-18 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to service credit; providing for the purchasing of retroactive service credit by certain employees; requiring payment of reinstatement interest in the Public Employees Retirement System in certain circumstances.”.
